    I have dealt with tendinitis in my wrist for years. I started wearing one of these bands, and that kind of helped, but I have very tiny wrists and it is just a little too loose. I like the adjustability of this brace. So far, it has alleviated most of my wrist discomfort. I’ve only used it for two days, though.

    My carpal tunnel is getting pretty painful, especially when I sleep!! The pain (not just numbness) would wake me up out of a dead sleep!!
