Being dedicated to the field of progressive orthopedics and health products manufacture, Ortorex.com is excited to announce a scholarship of $1,000 (one thousand US dollars) in support of college students of any level (undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate), who are willing to submit their works for participating in the essay competition.
We at Ortorex.com admire the tremendous amount of scientific work performed by students specializing in orthopedics and other related disciplines. It might be the students of medicine with their avid learning of how to increase public health that inspired us, but being a student of medicine is not a prerequisite for our competition. We warmly welcome healthy living enthusiasts who are currently enrolled in college and professional schools to take part in our initiative.
The competition consists in coming up with relevant, science-backed and substantial explanations of what type of pillow is best suited for your neck. It is true that the topic is not new, and millions of pages have been written on it – but the medical science is a highly dynamic matter, and we are very excited to hear the young learners about what they have to say on the problem. It is equally important to both base your piece on verifiable facts and put a personal spin on the problem at hand.
The essays submitted to us will be viewed as the intellectual property of Ortorex.com, and we retain the right to use the materials you share with us at our discretion. By participating in the contest, you automatically agree to the terms, policies and limitations applied.
The scholarship will be granted to the author of the best essay that will focus on the scientific rationale to having a specific type of pillow for a healthy neck and include an optimal number of relevant points backed up with academic evidence.
