- TO MEASURE YOURSELF:

- 2. Start the measuring tape at the highest point of the shoulder and extend it down to your waist.
- 3. Stretch the measuring tape across your back from one shoulder to the other.
- 4. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
- 5. Place the measuring tape at the point where the sleeve begins and extend it down to your wrist.
