I always need complete darkness to sleep well, and I have tried various sleep masks. This sleep mask is the best one I have ever had. The strap that goes around my head holds up well. The area around my eyes is recessed, so the fabric stays out of my eyes, and it absolutely blocks out ALL light.

The item is not too bad, eyecups are a little small for me. Wish a smoother material was used for the eyecups to limit dust getting stuck. Otherwise very comfortable to wear.
