    I love this heating pad so much. I have really bad cramps, sometimes I feel really dizzy or feel like I can’t walk on the first day of my cycle. It’s really hot and the heat helps with the cramps and the vibrations help with your stomach not hurting.

    This little heating pad works surprisingly well. It heats up nicely and even has massage vibration. The belt is stretchy and can be adjusted for different users. While it’s helpful for menstrual cramps, it can also be used for back pain by reversing it to sit on the back. Would recommend!
