- TO MEASURE YOURSELF:
- 1. Wrap the measuring tape around your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
- 2. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your calf.
- 3. Bend your leg at a 30° angle and wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your thigh about 10cm/4" above the midpoint of your kneecap.
