I really like this small peanut massager, as it really is the perfect size for my neck, upper back and bottoms of my feet. Very firm, but I find I can tolerate rolling up onto it on my upper back. Helpful with pain too!

I bought this ball roller after hearing about it from one of the trainers at a local gym. I have an issue between my shoulder blades that’s been painful and my husband has a problem with his knee.
