The ORTOREX™ cervical device helps relieve neck and spinal discomfort caused by muscle stiffness and stress. It lets you enjoy the benefits of physical therapy right at home. Avoid using the stretcher if you have neck injuries, fractures, or instability, severe osteoporosis, or a history of disc herniation; please seek medical attention.

While using the ORTOREX™ traction device, you should feel a gentle pulling sensation in your neck. The stretcher relieves muscle tension, leaving you free of discomfort. In general, use the over-the-door traction for about 15 to 20 minutes per session. You can perform several sessions per day.

ORTOREX™ offers two types of traction frames. The Hook Mount variation contains a hook that can be secured to a horizontal bar or a ceiling hook. Meanwhile, the Over-Door Mount kit features adjustable mounting brackets. You can attach it over the door, and it suits any door size.

How to use:

This device is effortless to operate. Before using your traction unit, you must hang it over your door or a horizontal bar. Firstly, apply the rubber pads to protect your door. Second, attach the mounting brackets to the door and tighten the screw until it no longer shakes. Thirdly, adjust the length of the dynamometer rope and hang the traction frame on it. Hang the chin straps and adjust them to the most suitable position. Align the straps with the notches and place your chin in the chin straps. They should fit snugly under your chin and be secured by the hook-and-loop fasteners.
