I bought 3 of these, for myself & 2 friends. We all have different opinions, myself it did not work as a knee pillow, I am a restless sleeper & it made no difference. However I use this a pillow support for my head when in bed reading & whilst having body massage. Friend one thinks it’s the BEST thing ever, she loves it and for the first time in years wakes up with a much more comfortable back which continues to improve. Friend 2 found hers no improvement with back pain when used in bed but it helps her coccyx when sitting on it at her computer for hours on end.
