    If you are someone that is at risk during the current COVID health situation, you are probably like me and staying close to home. It’s important to be able to monitor your blood pressure during these times, which can prove to be stressful. After talking to my sister who has a heart issue, she suggested I get one.     I have stage IV cancer and take a lot of meds and at times terrible headaches. We found that my blood pressure played a major part in those headaches. We changed and upped my usual bp meds. and I monitor the pressure every 4 hours to see if the meds are working. This cuff machine is perfect and very accurate.
