- 1. Before you start, wear an unlined bra that supports your natural shape — no bralette or padded bra.
- 2. To find the underbust measurement, wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, directly and evenly under your bust.
- 3. To measure your upper bust, wrap the measuring tape around your torso, just under your armpits and over the top of your bust.
